Vigil AI Twitch — Technical Package

Live host: ocean-wind-hazel-jade.grok.me. This page is HTML so ChatGPT can read it. The Vale panel is a separate API session, not the ChatGPT website tab.

What the live app calls

• Local rules engine first (engine.ts).
• classifyBatch: OpenAI gpt-4o-mini if Rules is OpenAI and an sk- key is saved; else xAI grok-4.5 server key.
• talkToVale companionTalk: OpenAI POST /v1/responses gpt-4o + stream frame; else xAI grok-4.5.
• TalkContext: streamerText, recentChat, recentVale, imageDataUrl.
• Twitch IRC is anonymous justinfan. Delete/timeout/ban are local Vigil only.
• Voice out is browser speechSynthesis. Luna TTS is disabled.
• “Server key” means process.env.XAI_API_KEY, not this ChatGPT chat.
